It was also to encourage improvements in, and research into, these areas. The membership included the six heads of schools, the Head of the Educational Services Division, the Institute Librarian, and the Computing Manager. At meeting 85/5 the committee advised the Academic Board that due to administrative and academic restructuring there was no longer a need for the committee to meet.
