The sheets are a record of internal assessment and include students name, course and year; subjects studied and marks achieved; assessment; and general remarks. Sheets included for 1965-68 are roneoed forms 200x250mm. Those for 1965-66 have been bound into transfer covers. Remaining sheets in the series are held loosely in manila folders. Sheets for 1969-71 are printed forms 150x210mm. The earlier sheets have handwritten entries while on the later printed forms entries are typed. While the earlier sheets are used for Certificate, Diploma and Secondary Teaching Art and Craft results, the later printed forms are for Diploma of Art results only. All sheets are signed by the teacher and head of department. For 1967-68 both roneoed and printed sheets have been used. For this period the series also includes summary sheets for art subjects studied by Diploma of Secondary Teaching students. From 1969 the series includes copies of correspondence from the Head of Department to students re their results.
