The seal is a copy which has been hand drawn onto tracing/wax paper and mounted onto cardboard. A copy of the outside rim of the seal containing the words, "Common Seal of State College of Victoria at Frankston" has been printed onto paper and pasted over the original image. The academic stoles include two gold and two lilac, both with black cotton lining. The fifth stole is aqua in colour and was made from grosgrain fabric. All of the stoles have the SCVF seahorse logo embroidered on them. The Nostrum includes student reviews, comments, essays and poetry.
